About Founder Swena of Theodia
The Technocratic Republic of Theodia was founded in 2010 as the Kingdom of Theodia. By 2012, the country had shed its founding ethos and begun to move in the direction it is going today; and by mid-2013, it had become a republic. Since its founding, Theodia has seen the development of a truly unique model of government, numerous advancements in both law and policy, and a society redesigned from the ground-up to be as optimal as possible. This new society project has seen the development of a new language, a new system of measurement, and countless other things, such as an improved brick bond and lamellar design.
Our goal, is to create the most optimized society we can, in hopes that some of its developments might be of use to others. Our stretch goal, like that of many other micronations, is to eventually acquire our own sovereignty — but we realize the likely futility of that aim.
